Legal Notice of LetsFinance, S.L.

1. Right to information
We inform you that this Website (hereinafter, the “Website”) is owned by:
LETSFINANCE, S.L., with registered office at P.º Castellana, 116 Floor 10-A, 28046 Madrid, Spain, N.I.F. B-56888423, registered at the Madrid Commercial Registry on sheet M-809803, first entry.
Access to and/or use of the Website grants you the status of user and, from such access and/or use, you accept these Legal Notices.

2. Use of the Website
The User shall be responsible for their use of the Website. The Website may provide access to multiple texts, graphics, drawings, designs, photographs, multimedia content, advertising and information (hereinafter, “Content”) belonging to LetsFinance or to third parties to which the User may have access.
The User agrees to make appropriate use of the Content and services offered through the Website and, by way of example and without limitation, not to use them to:

  1. Engage in unlawful, illegal activities or activities contrary to good faith and public order.

  2. Cause damage to the physical and logical systems of LetsFinance’s Website, its providers or third parties.

  3. Introduce or spread computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems on the network that may cause the damage mentioned above.

  4. Attempt to access, use and/or manipulate the data of LetsFinance, third-party providers and other users.

Delete, hide or manipulate Content subject to intellectual or industrial property rights and any other identifying data of such rights belonging to LetsFinance or to third parties incorporated into the Content, as well as the technical protection devices or any information mechanisms that may be inserted into the Content.
    LetsFinance shall have the right to investigate and report any of the conduct mentioned in accordance with the Law, as well as to cooperate with the authorities in the investigation of such actions.
    LetsFinance may temporarily suspend, without prior notice, access to the Website for maintenance, repair, update or improvement operations. Whenever circumstances allow, LetsFinance will notify the User in advance of the scheduled date for service suspension. LetsFinance is not responsible for the use that Users may make of the Content included in the Website.

3. Intellectual and industrial property
All intellectual property rights over the content and graphic design of this Website (including but not limited to images, sound, audio, video, software or texts, trademarks or logos, colour combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programmes necessary for its operation, access and use, etc.) are the exclusive property of LetsFinance or of a third party that has authorised LetsFinance to use them.
Accordingly, the reproduction, transmission, adaptation, translation, distribution or public communication, including the making available or any other form of commercial exploitation and/or modification of all or part of the Website’s content, is prohibited without prior and express authorisation.
LetsFinance grants no licence or authorisation to use any of its intellectual or industrial property rights.
The User agrees to respect such rights.

Use of the Website may require Users to provide personal data. LetsFinance processes such information in accordance with the applicable legislation, as set out in its Privacy Policy.

5. Liability and Warranty
LetsFinance declares that it has adopted all necessary measures to ensure the proper functioning of the Website.
However, it cannot guarantee continuity, absence of errors or non-existence of viruses.

6. Duration and modification
These Legal Notices shall remain in force indefinitely. LetsFinance may make changes that will take effect from their publication.

LetsFinance assumes no responsibility for links to third parties.

8. Severability and interpretation
If any clause is declared invalid, the rest shall remain in force.
