Professional background
Agustín Becker has been an Innovation Consultant at Letsinnovate | Grupo LETS since September 2025. A Civil Industrial Engineer from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile —graduating with distinction and with an exchange semester at Maastricht University—, he complements his engineering background with the Data Science & Machine Learning Bootcamp at Le Wagon (on scholarship, 2023) and the IBM Blockchain Essentials certification.
Before joining the Lets Group, he built his career in strategy and commercial consulting in Chile: more than two years at COMPITE leading teams on projects for large corporations such as Ocean Network Express (a top-10 global shipping line) with the implementation of OKR methodology, and as an independent consultant where he implemented the first CRM and KPI-monitoring systems at companies in the sector.
Area of specialization
Specialized in technology prioritization and acceleration for companies: digital maturity assessment, implementation of management tools (CRM, KPIs, OKR) and design of technology roadmaps. He brings a quantitative, engineering-driven view to the analysis of companies' operational and technology profiles.
