Professional background
Alberto Zúñiga has more than a decade of experience at international law firms and specialized boutiques. His career has focused on intellectual and industrial property, digital law, new technologies, data protection, and corporate and commercial law, providing advice at both national and international level in sectors such as biotech, fintech, media, technology and telecommunications.
He holds a Law degree from the University of Salamanca, a Master's in Business Law from ICADE and a Master's in Intellectual Property Law from the Carlos III University of Madrid (UC3M), where he received the Extraordinary Award for the best academic record. He combines legal practice with university teaching at the Pontifical University of Salamanca, where he lectures on entrepreneurship, corporate law and legal innovation.

Specialized in the legal closing phase of M&A transactions —from term sheet negotiation through to SPA signing— with particular expertise in the due diligence of intellectual and technology assets for companies in the biotech, fintech and technology sectors.
