Professional background
Beatriz Núñez brings extensive experience gained at multinational companies and law firms specializing in commercial and real estate law. Throughout her career she has provided expert advice on corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, and support to founders in investment rounds.
Her practice covers the drafting of commercial contracts in transactional deals, full corporate secretarial services —from incorporation through to dissolution and liquidation— and the preparation of shareholders' agreements, incentive plans and investment round documentation. She holds a Law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid, completed the Master's in Legal Practice and the Master's in Corporate Legal Advisory at the Centro de Estudios Garrigues, and complemented her training with a Diploma in International Relations from Villanueva University.
