Inés Alonso has more than three years of experience at international law firms and specialized boutiques in Spain and abroad. Her career focuses on commercial and corporate law: international transactions, complex corporate restructuring deals, insolvency proceedings, drafting of commercial contracts and legal due diligence.
She holds a Law degree from the Comillas Pontifical University (ICADE), completed the Master's in Legal Practice at UNED and an LL.M. in "Law, Economics and Finance" with highest honors at the University of Bologna. She speaks Spanish, English and Italian.
