Professional background
Javier González is Founder & Managing Partner of Letsinnovate | Grupo LETS, a platform that connects corporates and startups to solve strategic challenges through open innovation, venture client programs and intrapreneurship. Before founding Letsinnovate he spent 21 years at ACCIONA, where he held positions of increasing responsibility: Competitive Intelligence Analyst, Manager of the Technology and Competitive Observatory, and Innovation Manager at the helm of ACCIONA I'MNOVATION —the first open innovation platform specifically for renewable energy and infrastructure in Spain and a pioneer in Europe in driving disruptive technologies alongside startups and partners.
He holds an Executive MBA from the EOI, ThePowerMBA, the PDG Acciona (ESIC), a Master's in Computer Security from the Pontifical University of Salamanca and a Technical Engineering degree in Computer Systems from the UOC.
