Professional background
Midiala Fernández has been building her career in Intellectual and Industrial Property and New Technologies since 2019. She advises companies on e-commerce, privacy and data protection, digital marketing and advertising, unfair competition and cybersecurity.
She holds a Law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid and completed the Master's in Legal Practice at Camilo José Cela University, where she also obtained certification as an Expert in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Law and Compliance.
