Professional background
Ignacio Gómez holds a degree in Economics, Leadership and Governance from the University of Navarra and a Master's in International Finance from the IEB. He began his M&A career on the advisory side as an Analyst at Freshlife, before returning to the sector as a Senior Associate at Grupo Primavera-Cegid, leading the management-software build-up project in the Iberian market.
He subsequently returned to advisory as Tech M&A Manager at Borealis Partners. He currently heads the Deals practice at Letsfinance, where he combines his experience on both the buy side and the advisory side to lead the origination and execution of M&A transactions.

Specialized in deal origination and tech M&A, with experience on both the buy side (build-up) and the advisory side. He leads the identification and structuring of acquisition and sale opportunities in the SME segment, with a particular focus on companies in the tech and software sector.
