Professional background
Philippe Lerray has an extensive international career in corporate finance and financial management at technology companies and multinationals headquartered in Switzerland. At Ascom he has held the positions of Regional CFO, Managing Director France Iberia, Head of Global Audit Services and Global Head of Strategic Accounts. He was previously Finance Head at skyguide, International Finance Manager at TESARO, Head of Finance & Operations at News Corp and Head of Finance at Varian Medical Systems, all based in Zug and Zürich (Switzerland). He began his international career at McAfee (Deal Desk Manager EMEA APAC LATAM and Manager Global Audit Services), Teradata and SUEZ, and founded Hemera Solutions, a specialized consultancy.
He holds a Master's in Finance from ESLSCA Business School Paris and the CESMI Diploma from ISG Institut Supérieur de Gestion. Bilingual French-Mexican education.
