Professional background
Victor Morán is a lawyer specialized in Data Protection, Digital Law and IP/IT. He built his career in senior roles: Partner in the Tech & Data department at Fieldfisher Spain —covering Data Protection, IP & IT, Artificial Intelligence and technology regulation— and Head of the Digital Law Department at BDO Spain, where he led the Data Protection and New Technologies practice. He combines this with his work as external Legal Advisor and DPO for FINDR and as an institutional collaborator at AJE Madrid.
He holds a degree in Law and Criminological Sciences from CEU San Pablo University (Erasmus at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel), completed the Master's in Legal Practice + Business Law at CEU San Pablo, the IP/IT specialization from Thomson Reuters and the Executive Cybersecurity program at the Centro de Estudios Garrigues. Since September 2025 he has been a Partner at Letslaw and a partner at Letsadvisory.
